******************************************************

Western Hills Nursing Home is just another one of God's waiting rooms, a place where youth and hope are fading memories and death is the only visitor. That is until Kelvin, a wayward teenager, is forced to serve a 90-day community-based order amongst the decaying fossils of Western Hills.

Kelvin quickly discovers that not everyone at the nursing home is past their use-by date. Some of them are real people with real emotions, needs and money in the bank - a perfect environment for an enterprising young bloke to sell the odd unfulfilled dream or two.

His dealings with Sister Knightsleigh, the Director Western Hills, and Mr Foster, one of the residents, eventually bring out his intrinsic decency. Knightsleigh and Foster also come to terms with the brashness and optimism of youth.
